The world is changing rapidly through Information Technology, allowing us to see the wonders that exist in different regions. Sri Lanka is a South Asian country with limited resources. So, having Information Technology in faraway villages remains only a dream to many. The communities have been isolated for long, not having even the basic facilities to meet their day to day needs. This web site shows how much effort the youth and the children of a rural setting have taken to overcome the problems they face. We are from the village called Hingurukaduwa, which is situated in the Moneragala District in Sri Lanka.
The Lak Saviya has been helping the teachers who teach in our institute financially and also has been providing newspapers for a long time.
Further it has provided us with computers, accessories and two laptops to our students’ homes. In addition to the above mentioned things it has donated us several office equipment. At present arrangements are being made by it to construct a fully fledged building for our institute.
