Mr. Rohan Silva who lives in Surrey with his wife Sarojini and two grown up children. Before he left in Sri Lanka , He was working for the Survey Department , Colomba and then at Kandy. His father has passed away and mother lives in Colombo. He specially visited in Sri Lanka last year to help us and very generously donated a brant new computer with all the options’ a scanner , 3UPS , 6 key boards , toner , 30 Educational software CDs ‘ and a host of other accessories. He has promised further help with the computing and English educational needs of our Village children. This is a great boost to the student and to the village and we are very touched. He also has persuaded other relatives to provide educational support. His sister Mrs. Jnaki Navarathne who was a teacher at Vishaka Vidyalaya has offered free accommodation in her house at Nugegoda for us and our student when we come to Colombo to attend courses. This is a very kind gesture and a great privilege for us. His cousin Mr. Walter de Silva (ex Civil Servant) has agreed to periodically visit us , offer advice , oversee the work and provide feed backs. Our thanks to him too. We were hoping to do Bodhi Puja in every year, appreciation of all this and prey their happiness and properity.
